I am a Creative Director, currently at FCB Mexico, focused on developing world-class creative and strategic work, always trying to leave a positive impact on people and culture. I have more than 14 years of experience working in advertising agencies for the LATAM, EU, US, and ASIA markets for local, regional, and global campaigns. 15 of my works have been awarded and recognized more than 50 times in international festivals such as Cannes Lions (In 3 Different agencies), Effie Awards (In 5 Different agencies), El Ojo de Iberoamérica (In 5 different agencies), AdStars, Volcán, Wina, FIAP, Shots, Etc. I have been lucky to live in 5 different countries in great cities like Lima, Madrid, Buenos Aires, San José (CR), Guadalajara and Mexico City. I excel at building and leading teams for day-to-day operations and high-profile client projects, fostering a culture of proactivity and collaboration. As an experienced Creative Director with a Master's Degree in Strategic Planning, I have a strong background in client management, team leadership, and cross-departmental collaboration. My expertise includes developing and presenting decks, boards, and scripts, with a hands-on approach to mentoring teams and refining creative work. I have a 65% pitch win rate, often advancing to the second round. I also teach creative Copywriting at Miami Ad School. I hold two nationalities: Peruvian and Chilean.
